		<description>I am very familiar with this area as I represent it on our Neighborhood Council. It still amazaes me how many people have no idea where they live or where each communities boundaries are at. This is in the Happy Valley Community adjacent to Rose Hills.
Montecity Heights is not covered in this area and El Sereno is not even close by at all. Get back to me if you care for more details on what part of the City this is located in.
